Silken tofu is something I have grown to love living in Asia.
It can be had in both sweet and savory preparations. Today, we are making one of my favorite savory preparations.
If you are looking for a super-fast, easy, yet super-flavorful meal, this is for you! This is so easy to make and is a great protein-rich meal for any time of the day. Did I mention there is no cooking involved??
I enjoy mine with steamed jasmine rice, but feel free to serve it up any way you like! Enjoy!

5-Minute Garlic Chili Silken Tofu
A delicious Asian-inspired plant-based dish ready in 5 minutes with zero cooking
INGREDIENTS
- 300g/11oz Organic silken tofu
- 1.5 tbsp Everiday coconut aminos
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Everiday garlic chili oil
- 1 tsp black vinegar
- Crushed roasted seaweed
- Chopped scallions
- 1 tsp Everiday everything seasoning or roasted sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Gently plate the tofu and heat if you like.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the tofu
- Top with crushed seaweed, scallions, and everything seasoning or toasted sesame seeds
- Enjoy!
NOTES:
This dish can be served hot or cold. I prefer it slightly warm, so I pop the tofu in the steamer for about 1 minute or microwave it for 30 seconds.
